Hotel location is very good. It has a lift on Level 3 just outside the ticket gate of the Nankai Namba station so it is very convenient when coming using the Nankai Airport Line. Then it is also connected to the nearby shopping centers and Dotonbori area via underground and covered outdoor walkway. Check in process was done efficiently by the front desk staff and all the information and member benefit was explained clearly by the staff. The Executive Suite I booked consist of separate living room and bedroom area. The overall room design was good but feel a little bit dated. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning work perfectly throughout the stay The main bathroom has separate shower and tub with separate area for the dressing room. The amenities was provided in the dressing area and was restocked everyday by the housekeeping team. Breakfast in the hotel was located on the top floor. The breakfast buffet had large choice of western and japanese food and they rotated some of the menus everyday. One thing to notice is that the breakfast seating area is split into 3 sides and the right side that face the sunlight can get quite hot even with the shade lowered so we ended up asking to move to the middle section. Breakfast can also get crowded later in the morning. The club lounge in this hotel is not too big with just enough seating area. The food option during the evening hour were also limited with just few kinds of snacks and drinks. Service was very good with the staff going around clearing the dishes. Overall this is an excellent hotel for travelers who wish to stay in Namba area.

This is my first trip to Osaka , we chooses Swisshotel based on Japanese friend advice, really it was a perfect choice, location is genius, near all shopping arcades & malls , Namba station just under the hotel , take you directly to the airport or any other cities. Breakfast experience is second to none in the 36 floors with amazing view to the city, front office staff are very helpful, perfect choice
