well cleaned hotel and hotel room also I thanked all specially room cleaning attendats who was cleaned my room. They provided me what I need and whenever I wanted. Despite the hotel undergoing renovations, everyone is doing their jobs very well. The surroundings are quite tidy and clean. keep going Swiss

I wanted to have a look at 5th floor lounge area on Wednesday around 18:30 after I came back from the marble exhibition. When I enter I saw one of my friend from the exhibition and he was having dinner and drinking a glass of white wine. He asked me to join him for 1 while and he offered me a glass of white white. After sitting with him and only drinking one glass of white wine which he offered to me I went out for my room which was 2521 just 3-4doors next to that after maximum 10minutes because I was invited to Deniz Restaurant for a dinner reservation. Unfortunately after my checkout I learned that the person in lounge tried to assume that I used lounge, eat, drink and go out without the payment. Please do check with your responsible staff and ask him about my claim. O.D. B.

A brief stay but all the staff was helpful and warm. The breakfast could have been A little richer with gluten free food but overall everything was comfortable and good
