Located in the heart of Indonesia's new capital city. The building is modern and luxurious. The lobby isn't too big, but it's efficient. We did had to wait quite some time but Ms. Teta handled our check-in process wonderfully. We even got a room upgrade! Thank you so much! We stayed in room no. 818, it was clean, spacious and comfy. Thank you for the cute mirror art and cake. Also...the suite room with forest view? I'm sold. I had zero complaint about the room. (Had amazingly super deep sleep here omg) The hotel offer so many activities; For outdoor activities, they have bike rentals, mini basketball, table tennis, a mini playground near restaurant area, mini soccer, archery and pool. Indoor activities such as gym, spa, and more. I tried the gym, the equipment was great and well maintained. gym atmosphere is also tidy and comfortable. We were accompanied by friendly Mr. Nanda, he's very informative and so helpful. My kids also joined the kids' class, they did coloring and their favorite activity was decorating cupcakes. At the kids club, they were accompanied by Mr. Komang, who's gentle, well trained, and patient with the kids. I tried the breakfast and food was great. I love the ambience at NUSA, the song playlist was match the vibe though. Bravo! The service was definitely my highlight here, I've stayed in many hotels in Samarinda and Balikpapan, and there's nothing quite like it. All the staff are so friendly and attentive to the guests. Everything is good, the facility was nice. But the pool need to upgrade the cleaness, there is like sand or something at the bottom of the pool. Also temperature of the hot water at our room was not stable even we not change it.

My stay was very pleasant, mainly because of the exceptional hospitality. From the bellboy and security staff to the front desk team, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and is the main reason we would choose to stay here again whenever we visit IKN in the future.
