Overall, my stay was pleasant: the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff spoke good English. However, I was disappointed by the lack of luggage assistance. Upon arrival, I had to bring my own bags from the entrance to the concierge, and after check-out, I again had to carry everything to my car by myself with no staff helping out. Additionally, when I made the reservation, I explicitly noted in the request section that we are a family of four, including two children aged six and eight. However, just one week prior to my arrival, the hotel emailed me stating that an extra fee would be charged. I do not understand why this was communicated to me at such a late stage. I kindly ask management to thoroughly review this booking and communication process, as well as the overall luggage service situation.

I had booked Swissotel being a 5* hotel. But it turned out the complete opposite. I was traveling with my 1yr old daughter for her first birthday and I had requested the young lady at the reception to organise some simple decoration or flowers in my room, but I was denied and only offered a chocolate cup cake, which again was rubbish. We had arrived after a very long flight with a long stopover in between, but I had to wait almost 4hrs in the lobby because my room was not ready. Considering that I had a young infant with me, my room should have been done on priority, but this didn’t happen and I was asked to wait. Also, I had asked for a glass of complimentary hot milk for my 1yr old daughter but I was told that it’s not free and I have to pay. C’mon!! Are you guys serious !! Just for a glass of milk for my daughter. Very very disappointing. I asked for one complimentary banana again for my daughter, but again I was asked to pay for this. This is just ridiculous. And also the rooms are so damn small, just with 2 suitcases there is no space to walk and even the bed was very tiny and so was the bathroom. Overall a very very below average stay and I am totally disappointed with the hotel and staff overall. I will never ever again stay at SWISSOTEL anywhere and will not recommend to anyone also. Mounir from the concierge was great help and very polite and friendly.

The concierge’s services are incredible, they are very responsive when I tried to understand the mailing service and table booking request. My husband was enjoyable on his birthday amenities offerree by the hotel.
