When flights were scarce and alarms were constant, stepping through your doors felt like coming home. The calm, the comfort, the maintenance that kept everything flawless—plus the way every member of your team checked in with real warmth—made a hard period feel manageable. I even extended by two weeks because I didn’t want it to end. Thank you for the safety, care, and genuine human kindness. You’ve left a lasting, positive imprint on my life.

We requested an early check-in, and the apartment was apparently available from 11:00 AM. However, despite several trips back and forth to reception, no one could confirm its availability. Each time, I was told the apartment wasn't available. It wasn't until 4:00 PM that we were finally given the keys. We had arrived at 6:00 AM and had to wait in the reception lobby after an exhausting overnight flight, with security guards telling us not to sleep there, even though we were fighting against sleep. I find it disappointing to make families wait like that, especially since I'm a Gold member. Luckily, at my request, we were able to take advantage of a late check-out. There were mosquitoes in the apartment due to incompletely emptied garbage cans, and the carpet smelled bad in the 14th-floor hallway. Quite a few disappointing little things for a 5-star hotel.
