ParkingValet parking is available at a rate of $100.00 per day. However, due to our inner-city location, there are strict size restrictions for this service. Vehicles such as utes, 4×4 vehicles, vans, or those exceeding a maximum height of 2.0 meters are prohibited from using this service. Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Please note that the height limit for both valet parking and off-site self-parking is 2.0m. Other size restrictions may also apply. Everything was great, our room wasn't quite ready even though it was past checkin time. the staff were amazing though, gave a us a cocktail at the bar whilst we waited. Felt like a proper 5 star hotel, we will definitely be back thanks

Service was great. Food at the hotel restaurant was great. Price was great. Room was great. Facilities were great. Only complaint would regarding the lifts. Very slow and always crowded. Otherwise it was the perfect hotel for a girls shopping holiday.

The upgrade, dinner and buffet breakfast were all first class. Definitely would stay again. The concierge was well organised and the luggage storage was seamless.

Rooms are noisy, 2210 and 2309 were both noisy, staff unable to identify and rectify the noise. Manager took 1hr+ to even come to the room as he wanted to "inspect" it. Basically he didn't believe me. Room 2309's bathtub showerhead not working. I've stayed in 3 different rooms across 14 days and each room has some issue. Also they miscategorized my 5x short sleeved t shirts as long sleeve t shirts for laundry and charged me extra like $15 AUD but failed to follow-up and rectify it for me. Everything requires me to waste time and follow-up with them, 0 proactivity. They told me they'll give me a call or drop me an email once they have the room ready, spoilers: they did neither. I just gave up after a certain point.

Great stay, such a convenient location. Lovely clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. Sincere thanks to your staff lady who offered to personally deliver the phone chargers we had left behind to us in Wollongong as she lives near by. Greatly appreciated and beyond the call of duty.🙏
