We have stayed in this hotel a few times and it was even better than our previous stays. The staff and cocktail hour in the Executive lounge made the stay even more enjoyable! The quality of food and variety during cocktail hour was much better than our previous stays. The room was very comfortable and they agreed to our request via email even though they did not respond to our last email. Laurence and her colleagues in the Executive lounge provided excellent service and greeted us warmly whenever they see us. Just a couple of suggestion- 1) improve the spread of food at the executive lounge during breakfast and 2) consider building a kids club to keep the kids entertained. Thank you again for the memorable stay!

Hotel is very conveniently connected to Raffles city mall and the MRT. We selected it because it’s right across from the Raffles where we were attending an event. However, it wasn’t quite walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see and grabbing a late bite (after 9-10pm) while jet lagged wasn’t very convenient as most restaurants were closed by then. Lobby is nice and busy. The front desk agents and concierge were quick in taking care of you even via email before our arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable although I didn’t find drawers where I could unpack stuff. One of our suitcases had to be on the floor the entire time as there wasn’t room to put 2 inside the closet. The toiletries box in the bathroom was nice but also took quite a bit of vanity space. I loved that they had an umbrella we can use which we needed during our stay and also refillable glass bottles and a filter for potable water. For some reason they would only give us 3 bath towels even though we were 4 and I kept asking for an extra towel. All in all, a great property. And the skai restaurant had a killer view!

We recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore and had a wonderful experience, but what happened after our stay impressed us even more. After checking out, i had realized i had accidentally left behind a jewelry box containing several personale and valuable items. I contacted the hotel feeling extremely stressed, and the team responded with incredible professionalism, kindness and honesty. Thanks to the amazing housekeeping and lost & found team, my belongings were found and safely kept for me. I am truly grateful for the care and integrity shown by the staff. This level of service says everything about the hotel and it's people. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You turned a very stressful situation into something i will always remember positively. Highly recommended- not only for the hotel itself, but for the exceptional people working there.

I only had a bad experience with a gentleman waiter in the lounge on 65th floor. He was serving breakfast that day. He was the only one available when we entered, he didn’t point us to any seat nor asked how are you or offered a coffee - nothing. But after us there was a couple from Europe or US, where he greeted and offered if they want coffee and served to the table. I asked him questions too. So he definitely saw us. He had an attitude which was really a surprise to me - not up to standard with the rest of Swissotel team for sure. Everything else was perfect with our stay. Thank you.
