We are enjoying stay in the hotel, located near to haram and we booked the room with haram view & fast service. I would like to thank you for the staff has been arranged special thing for my daughter's birthday, really appreciated. One thing according to me to inprove is breakfast, i feel the breakfast menu is similar every day as we stayed more than 5 days. Hopefully in the future they can improve by providing variety of main menu. So far really thank you for servicing us during stay.

Well welcomed. Staff nice and polite but quite slow when you ask for something. Exemple: we had too much beds in our room and asked to removed 2 of them. We had to call them 3 times. Amazing Kaaba view. Breakfast ok. MINUS: Unpleasant-smelling carpet. Quite small room for 2 adults and two babies. Unpleasant smelling bathroom. Need a serious refresh.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the reception we received upon our arrival at your hotel during the night of December 7th to 8th, 2024. Due to logistical reasons, we arrived late, around 1:00 AM, and were faced with a difficult situation, both in terms of organization and interaction. I fully understand and respect that the reservation policy states automatic cancellation after midnight in case of late arrival. However, what particularly shocked and disappointed me was the behavior of the reception agent. Instead of calmly explaining the situation to us, the agent addressed us in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, which is unacceptable for an establishment of your reputation. A professional and courteous reception is, in my view, the bare minimum expected in the hospitality industry, regardless of the circumstances. I remain convinced that this behavior does not reflect the values of your establishment, but it has severely tarnished our experience during our stay with you. I sincerely hope that you will take the necessary measures to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with clarification or follow-up regarding this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution. Yours sincerely,
