It was a wonderful experience in the 3rd week of June. Hotel is near haram, clean room, spacious since we booked queen size bed which was soft. Service was great at check in and check out. Swift. Breakfast was average although there were more choices but wasn't tasty. Lunch was limited but quite delicious. House keeping was efficient. Had haram side view room which had city room also. Got an upgrade and also fruit basket due to being Accor member. Overall a pleasant lovely stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah. As an ALL Accor Gold Member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a two-category room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. Since it was my birth month, the wonderful sister at the reception kindly granted me lounge access for my entire 4-day stay. She took the time to warmly wish me a happy birthday and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Njoud and Reem at the ALL Accor desk. Both of them provided a very warm welcome, were extremely professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The hospitality, attention to detail, and guest recognition at Swissotel Al Maqam were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special and memorable. 🌟
