My stay at Swissôtel Maqam was truly wonderful. The hotel's proximity to the Haram is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access the mosque for prayers. I was also fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Haram view room, which was a breathtaking experience to wake up to. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the general hospitality from the staff was amazing. Everyone made me feel so welcome. I am already looking forward to my return visit. Highly recommended
