We had kaaba view room. Absolutely stunning view. Easy to pray when ever . Did tahajjud from room looking at kaaba. Unique experiance. Breakfast was good but over crowded area.

I choose the hotel for it close proximity to alharam and the the idea that you dont need to get in a mall to rech the haram .however i was shicked upon arrival at the sheer volume of people in the hotel and the timmy lobby to accomodate i thought i was in the mall. Upon check in the suite wasnt the cleanest the carpet dirty the cabinets smelled of strong chemical ( i guess to kill bed bugs ) THE SUITE WAS TINNY . compared to the simiraly priced raffles suite . In room dining was ok .but morning buffet was a disaster we had to qeue to get our omelet and pan cake . Also we had to wait for the elevator for 5 min on average some elevators dont stop at the lobby which was confusing . I wouldnt recommend the hotel go to raffles instead but you have to go through the mall which was the only downfall for that hotel

Most important thing when you plan for Makkah are the locations and views from the room. After 4 days of searching and calling many people and asking them for recommendations I choose Swissotel Makkah. Where my room was in floor 47 the furniture was classy and unique which I love!!. About the breakfast was delicious specially the baked food and the central kitchen which they made eggs BUT ONE RECOMMENDATION to improve the breakfast experience is to add more of assorted cooked and cold meats. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff who made this effort and have been working hard for us as guests, it’s something unique to see and I feel proud to see such an amazing experience like this in my country.

Cancelled my booking on the day of arrival. Then when rooms were allocated 48hrs later wrong types of rooms. No responsibility taken.
