Came for the first time with my family to this hotel, checking Inn did not take time, staff aree really nice, breakfast is very good. Overall I would recommend this hotel for Hajj or Umrah

Amazing hotel. Brilliant location and we had half board. Food was fantastic and everyday there was something different. Staff exceptionally friendly and polite. Facilities are clean and room is spacious. A very child friendly hotel.

Whether you're a first-time visitor or a frequent traveler to the Makkah, you couldn't ask for a more convenient base. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional level of hospitality from the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special mention must go to Sualleh Saeed, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor truly made a lasting impression. He was always available to assist with any requests, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure every detail of my visit was handled with care. It's rare to encounter such dedication and genuine kindness in service these days, and thanks to people like Sualleh, I’ll definitely be returning.
