The staff was friendly, helpful and they take their jobs seriously, the hotel was full but we did’t notice that the staff were working under pressure which measures how talented they are, thanks to the management and thanks the staff and special thanks to the employees working to keep this will built system together

Everything is very good except 3 comments: 1 sound isolation between rooms is not good ( disturbing sound from other rooms frequently recognized) 2 bathroom space is so tight. 3 security access to lift or entrance is less than average

I stayed in Swissotel Makkah for 11 days for Umrah. It was an excellent stay. The Ka'abah view was spectacular (worth the extra price), hotel is near to the Haram with excellent access to the Clock Tower Food Court. The room was spacious and well-maintained and daily room cleaning and service was excellent. Saif ul Islam and his crew on our floor made sure our room was in top condition daily. I recommend staying in this hotel for Umrah and hope to return again very soon.
