We are on 43rd Floor from 10th till 12th of July - from beginning our experience was completely unexpected - Tayibbah at check in went out of her way to accommodated both check in and lcheck out as per our request… we were able to pray Jummah and perform our Ummrah as soon as we got to the hotel… room service staff and managers on our floor made sure we are their priority and hospitality through out the facility was top notch … fully recommend this hotel for all the visitors coming to Mecca to enjoy the comfort and best views of Kabba while you recoup and go back to Haram for more blessings …. This will be only hotel we and our friends and families will stay in future … thank you and Allah Kareem
