I like the location to the Haram, the helpfulness of the staff, and the food is good. Room service needs improvement, but we had a good stay.

The experience was fantastic! The staff were friendly and approachable. My only issue was we were not told about the prayer room, for example. Or, how to access the mall or how to get a taxi. I feel if this was communicated to us proactively, we could have made the most of our stay!

We arrived early as flight was in the morning but despite the request of early check in and being gold member we got the room after 7 hours. Lifts are super busy and takes 10 15 mins just to get down first waiting for the lift then it stopping at each floor. Our view from room was just the city as well. Beds were okay. Breakfast was good. But just because it was soooo busy I will probably not book here again
