Stay at room 3730. The supervisor Amjad Kamal and his cleaning staff Masjood were very helpful and friendly. Their professionalism is above my expectation. One of the reason which will make me stay again and rated one of the best hotel to stay in mecca

Few things to maybe look over and consider brushing from your end. Front desk staff could use some manners when dealing with guests. Especially guests that are traveling from far away. I would love to see some 5 star customer service, some 5 star guest greetings and relations. Maybe I will check next time we come back. To compare apples to apples, we left Mecca that morning and arrived at Madina and front desk staff is like day and night. HUGE difference in the way they treat their guest. Food was ok, you guys could use some variety in options. Food staff was very nice, always helpful and always smiling. I wish I could say the same about the folks checking us in. All in all, good experience, but would’ve been better.

Well located but slowest check in ever, took over an hour from the time I got to desk. Representative was busy with 5 other things and I had to stand and wait over an hour. Very poor and slow check in. Also luggage was delivered to room after 4 hours.

From beginning to end our journey at Swissotel Makkah was memorable, we got upgraded room, the personal staffs was well trained and rooms was very clean, restaurant was delicious and fresh foods. Value for Money. Well done to the Hotel Management
