Excellent Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SWISSOTEL FOSHAN for 6 nights 31 March to 6th April, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. As a Diamond member Hotel Staff warmly welcomed me, Check in was so quick and great The room was impeccably maintained and offered all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool was great also swana and steem room I offered free breakfast because of Daimond Member, breakfast quality was so good and large variety of all kind of food was available throughout the stay The service, however, was top-notch. The staff were courteous, efficient, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Thanks to club lounge staff specifically Mandy Li, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay seamless and enjoyable. Mandy LI was very professional and supportive. Check out was great 👍 and easy just in few minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend the Swissotel Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. I look forward to returning in the future." Well located, good service

On the second night of my stay, I smelled smoke even I lived in the non-smoking floor.

Overall fine but there is still someone smoking on my non-smoking floor

Have someone smoking at the corridor of level 43 near our room 4302 despite it being non-smoking floor. I hope the hotel can really look into this matter seriously as some might be allergy to smoke and this is extremely hazardous given the fact the floor is carpet.

Well located, Good staffs

Pros: Good staffs with helping minded (Special mention Mr Fred Yang & one of his colleague), good amenities, at good location with metro connectivity, Front desk persons have good English communication. Cons: Outdoor swimming pool doesn't have heater so cant use it, jagucci was under maintenance, no coupons or complimentary lunch or dinner on weekends for long time staying guests. I stayed for 1 month , I found outside Chinese foods not good for me, so i requested some complimentary dinner only on weekends, but it was not provided. some hotels (like Indigo) are providing complimentary coupons for long stay guests.
