Fantastic stay and amazing service by Sommon

I absolutely loved my stay the past 11 nights. The hotel was so friendly - and the lengths that Sommon went to so we could film an interview was so appreciative. You were so kind and helpful. The room was amazing, although I found the air-conditioning was very, very cold - I kept turning it off even though I had it turned up to 28 degrees as the temperature was always cold. The cafe restaurant out the front was amazing - the food there was exceptional. The only real complaint I had was the smell in the hallways. I don't know what the smell was but every floor had a terrible smell - are the carpets dirty or does the hotel smell like weed? It was terrible when I was on floor 15 with colleagues and all you could smell is glue. Overall though, what a wonderful stay. thank you for making my work trip such an enjoyable one.

Great Stay

At a great location. All aspects reflect the 5 star status. They did allow for early checkin as well which was great. Room was good and spacious. The breakfast was so very good with so many options. Was more than a feast. Great in room service as well. Did try the restaurant within the premise . Liked that as well. Overall great hotel.
