Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. If you require assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to drop them off with our Concierge at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark. If you proceed directly to the carpark, please remember to collect a parking voucher which entitles you to the special carpark rate at checkout from our Concierge. Sure, here's a more detailed version of your feedback: --- I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Swissotel during check-in. What was supposed to be a special birthday weekend turned into a stressful experience, rather than the warm welcome one would expect. The lack of common sense and professionalism in addition to the excessive excuses especially from the front desk manager shown by the was disheartening and left a sour taste right from the start. This is not the level of service I expected from Swissotel, and it has certainly impacted my overall experience negatively. Such a poor first impression is a sure way to lose customers!

We arrived in a hire car, we had to illegally park outside the hotel to drop our bags as there is no designated drop off parking for hotel guests. Arrived at 3:30pm to check-in, our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. We had to ask reception staff multiple times whether the room was ready, it was apparently ready since 4:30 but not one staff member approached us to tell us it was ready. The only compensation offered was 4 drink cards which could only get you house wine/beer or coffee. Reception staff were cold and dismissive. The double rooms have 2 double beds which are very small, they are more like king singles. The hotel promotes that all their toiletries are Swiss, but when you look at the labels they are all made in India. The hotel also highlights that there are Nespresso machines in the rooms, however these are only limited to certain room types. The pool is advertised as heated but is actually cold. The rooms are overall ok and a decent size, however bathroom is a bit tired and needs updating.

Comfortable stay. Arrived in the morning and fortunately the room was available and we could check in which was very appreciated after an uncomfortable overnight flight

From check in expereience, Michelle, i requested early check in, she helped me early check in request, which was amazing. Thank you Kim to organise the welcome amenity, i was very touched I stayed with swiss with my mom and aunties as I am moving to perth next month, i wanted my mum and aunties to have a good memory of sydney before moving to Perth in a month, it met the expectation
