This October, SKAI invites you to experience a unique aromatic high tea in collaboration with Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. In celebration of their renowned Rose Tonnerre fragrance and the opening of their new flagship at Raffles City Singapore, we’ve curated a special rose-infused high tea. Enjoy creative culinary treats inspired by the art of perfumery and the timeless beauty of roses.

Begin with savouries like the Smoked Eel Rillette with Kaluga Caviar, echoing the fragrance’s rich and indulgent layers. The Bluefin Tuna Nori Roll, with succulent tuna and pickled carrots, mirrors the perfume’s complex structure, blending fresh and vibrant elements. The standout Hamachi and Truffle Ponzu balances delicate hamachi with truffle, a nod to the earthy tones in Rose Tonnerre, while the Foie Gras Mousse with Cherry Tart evokes the fragrance’s sensual depth with its luxurious and tangy contrast. 

For sweets, Chef Ming’s Raspberry Rose Chocolate Tart reflects the romantic heart of the fragrance, with velvety chocolate and delicate rose petals. The Madagascar Jasmine Vanilla Rose Choux embodies the scent’s floral elegance, filled with fragrant Chantilly cream and almond praline. Les Editions de Parfums’s Bon Bon, with its passionfruit tang and rich chocolate, and Chef Ming’s signature Madagascar Vanilla Scones, served with clotted cream and house-made strawberry marmalade, continue this aromatic journey. The Rose Berries Tahitian Vanilla Tea Cake, adorned with fresh rose petals, beautifully encapsulates the perfume’s floral and fruity character.

To enjoy the Accor Plus or AMEX offer, a valid Accor Plus Membership or AMEX Platinum Card must be presented upon arrival to enjoy the offer. 
The prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to service charges and prevailing taxes. 
Reservations is required. 
Pre-orders of High Tea sets are required before 1pm on the day of reservations. 
No sharing of High Tea sets. 
Please inform of any dietary requirements 2 days in advance so that there will not be any delays. 
All High Tea sets reservations to be confirmed via credit card. 
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event or no show, will incur a cancellation fee of $68++ per person for High Tea.
