Very dissatisfied

The breakfast experience was highly disappointing, prompting me to skip it altogether on the final day of my four-day stay. The quality was extremely substandard. I made my reservation through ESAAD and received a confirmation. I provided my debit card as a guarantee for the payment of two quadruple rooms. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my booking had been canceled. The receptionist offered three conflicting explanations: initially, he claimed that my card had been declined; subsequently, he stated that I had canceled the reservation myself; and finally, he mentioned that I had failed to make an advance payment through a link sent via email. I clarified that my debit card had been submitted as a guarantee and could be directly debited, but I did not receive any satisfactory response. Despite my explanation, the receptionist maintained that the booking was canceled. Consequently, he proceeded to make a new booking for two twin-bed rooms at the same price. As I was traveling with my family, who were fatigued from the journey, I was compelled to accept this arrangement and spent four days in cramped accommodations. The experience was profoundly disappointing.

Very good stay

Enjoyed my stay at swiss makkah once again Upon arrival i was greeted by friendly staff members and got upgraded to kaaba view room. Hotel walking distance to haram, and is very clean. Having stayed a few times at this hotel i must say breakfast was a letdown this time around. Overall a lovely stay and will be staying again in the future in sha Allah
