It was not as pleasant as it was previously with swissotel Makkah

Ac was not working at first and then when started working it would not get adjusted, thermostat was broken or something, it was too cold. Bathroom sink get clogged twice, refrigerator was not cool enough. Room was not spacious enough for 4 beds, not even a side table.

Fantastic hotel and brilliant staff

This is our 2nd time in swiss maqam hotel, I do find it a bit expensive, but have to give a big salute to the staff who are ready to help with any issues we have, the hotel is located brilliantly to get to the harram, the room service food is superb! The views from our room both times have been amazing. Thank you to all the staff who have helped me especially that I sustained a injury, and made my umrah experience bearable because of Their help and care.
