Great location

Very convenient location, esp if one is traveling with children and / or elderly family members. Extremely courteous and accommodating staff.

Good spacious rooms and service. Staff at the reception are very accommodative

Staff at the reception and reservation were very accommodating. Although there were queues at the reception all the times i went there, the crew was always helpful. Initially, there was a delay in allocating the second room i had booked, but the staff member at reception compensated it with giving us a suite. Room service was good as well. Over all, a very good experience

stayed good

it was good experience good service in cleaning but their customer service desk is not helpful at all , we booked two rooms and while booking requested them to be next to each other but they gave us totally different floors 43/46, requested them again while checkin but told me to come back next day, called them twice but it was not satisfactory answers just got a reply that we dont have rooms you need to go to customer service desk everyday? anyways rooms are clean
