I nearly lost my job due to connectivity issues that prevented me from attending important meetings, despite paying a significant amount for just to get a reliable internet service. Additionally, reaching out to the front desk to resolve the issue proved to be very challenging. I have reported these concerns to Manager Damien David and am currently awaiting his response before deciding on the next steps to take.
