Good stay

My stay with family was excellent. Huge apartment that was perfect for my family of five. I especially enjoyed housekeeping everyday. The entire staff and service are very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Would stay there again! Kids loved it!

We loved our apartment in Swissotel Living! When we entered, we were very impressed by the overall layout and quality of the apartment. Our kids were ecstatic! The place was very clean, the bed linens were spotless, and the overall vibe of the place was very pleasant! The space felt luxurious. It's very spacious, and it had a homely/cozy feel to it despite being quite contemporary in design and layout. The breakfast buffet every morning was also very good, though I must say that we've had better in Dubai. It was still very good, though, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast, especially the kids' corner (which had items made specifically for little kids). The ambiance of the restaurant during breakfast was very nice and welcoming. There were a couple of issues with other things, so that's one reason for my giving a 9 score instead of a 10: the dishwasher was moldy, so we couldn't use it, and the washer-dryer didn't dry our clothes enough (and setting it to dry-only mode after reading the manual didn't seem to work either). These are things the hotel can focus on improving, as these things matter a lot, but we still loved out stay overall. Our kids also loved the kiddie pool on the 4th floor. We went three times, and they loved being there! All the staff at the hotel were at the top of their game when it comes to hospitality -- they were cordial, went out of their way to provide great service, and they were very friendly. This applies to floor staff, the bellboys, and everyone else. The location of the hotel was also good, with a Carrefour right in the same building and with fast food joints nearby. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we were a bit sad to leave the place. Great job, Swissotel!
