nice stay

The first 2 night was bad but finally Mr. Damien David changed our stay to be wonderful he gave us very nice apartment to very nice view and new room wonderful condition.

The location was excellent.

The hotel was great, staff are really helpful especially the ones who usually makeup our room on a daily basis. I just have some observations that would have made a good impact in our stay: - Our welcome drinks got validated (seems to have been claimed already) without us actually claiming it yet. When I asked the reception, they said we can still use it in the cafe in the reception lounge, however the staff in the reception lounge initially declined to give us the welcome drink claiming that the welcome drink voucher is already validated. - On 5 April 2025, I asked my friend in Dubai to visit us in the hotel, however while my friend was waiting for me in the lobby/cafe, the guard on duty approached him and was a bit rude and told him to wait downstairs despite explaining to the guard that my guest was waiting for me to come down. This is also despite the fact that there are still a lot of empty seats in the cafe and he was the only one approached by the guard. My friend was seriously offended as to how the guard acted and that's why I'm writing this in my review. The hotel management should train their staff to be courteous and respectful to all people whether they are actual hotel guests or just visiting a guest in the hotel. - Its also difficult to get hold of the front desk every time I try to call them from my room.
