We recently enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay at Swissôtel, and once again, the service was impeccable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I especially appreciated how responsive the Swiss Service team was whenever we had a request. The pool was well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable and very well kept. While some of the furniture was a little dated, strangely enough, that was also part of its charm—it gave the room a familiar, comfortable feel that made it feel a little like home. I absolutely loved the view from our room on the 41st floor. The only slight downside was that there were outdoor concerts at the Esplanade on both nights of our stay. Despite being so high up, we could still hear the music when the room was quiet. It was noticeable, but it did not take away from an otherwise very comfortable stay. Perhaps that says it best: there may be little imperfections here and there, but Swissôtel continues to be a place where we feel comfortable, well looked after and very much at home. We would happily return again.

We had the best stay at Swissotel, the staff particularly in the L65 lounge were amazing. The hotel is well located with easy access to other parts of the city. MRT underneath and surrounded by shops and many restaurants.
