The experience with SwissOtel stay was just fabulous. Everything starting from check-in(early check-in on request) to room allocation and then room change (due to Bidet) everything was so smooth and then room experience was even better. All the amenities and room comfort top notch and view from balcony was mesmerising. It made the first International trip as well as our first anniversary unforgettable.

I stayed one night out of three the service was very poor especially in the gold lounge. I moved to the Fairmont which is excellent - Swiss hotel is like butlins.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center area of Singapore. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful. Definitely comeback in the future.

The Stamford is really well located, next to city hall MRT station and raffles plaza shopping, and raffles hotel. Rooms spacious, lovely views, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet plentiful and varied. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great apart from the AC in our room. We asked for the AC to be checked after our first night sweating away in the middle of the morning. AC was inspected and unfortunately made no difference the next 2 nights. We couldn't drop the temp below 21.
