I had a great stay. The place, food, and ambiance were all very good. The staff were also wonderful, especially the man who assisted us when we arrived. I forgot his name, but he was very accommodating. I liked how positive he was very comfortable to talk to. He was always smiling and very attentive. Overall, we had a great experience.

Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. But you should do something about adjoining rooms, as I was able to still hear vaguely my neighbors' conversations in the other room. It shouldn't be the case, even if I know them. Elevators are fast and efficient, which I appreciate. But the key card takes a bit of "positioning" on the elevator sensor to make it turn green. Perhaps a readjustment is in order. Check-in was fast and efficient. The ground floor F&B outlet (forgot the name) serves good food. So is the second-floor breakfast area. During my last day, I got to try the 70th floor dining area for breakfast. The selections weren't as extensive, but overall, it still offered a pleasant and satisfying experience to this breakfast person.
