Nice place, fun for all family, very clean and wonderful staff. Food is decent but alcohol is horrible

We travelled with my wife, one-year old son and my mother-in-law. The location was great, with many interesting places, pools, a spa, and a large area for walking. The food was good, but every member of my family got sick during the vacation (either food poisoning or a stomach virus) with all the accompanying symptoms, which ruined the holiday itself. The rooms were also a bit outdated, but the place itself and the staff made a good impression. It was also very helpful that there was a doctor’s office on site, he helped us treat our son.

Good à la carte restaurants, friendly staff, fairly new rooms, and quite tasty food by Egyptian standards. This is our fifth time in Egypt, and this time all family members were satisfied.

Staff was non English speaking or just didn't understand a lot. + It was poor UAI as the alcohol whiskey was some local tastes. Food for a week seemed the same. Poor entertainment.
