My second home when holiday come. My family really love the design of the room, the food and beverage service also amazing. It’s also kids friendly with their swimming pool and kids playground. New hotel in the central of Jakarta, the best price for this quality.

I was travelling with my wife and my son to renew my sons Dutch passport at the Embassy which is 5mins away by car from Swissotel. Other than the proximity convenience, I wasn’t expecting to have such a wonderful stay. Swissotel living kuningan was extremely clean, staff was super friendly and helpful — and the facilities were great. As a platinum member, we got upgraded 2 tiers (usually just 1), got free breakfast for 2, and since they had no lounge— we got a voucher a day that we could exchange for a main meal, a desert and 2x drinks . I struggled to take advantage of all the benefits in our short stay. Will definitely be coming back for the next passport renewal

Nice hotel with great location. Nice gym and also the breakfast was good but sadly for 2 bedrooms capacity of 4 the complimentary breakfast was only for 2 pax. As platinum member I was supposed to receive welcome ameniries but they couldn't deliver due to no disturb sign. But I wasnt informed until the time just before my checkout so it was a waste. For 2 bedrooms the cups to brew tea was only provided for 2 pax. And amenities was im shortage for the number of guests
