I have mixed feelings about this hotel and the service! On my arrival which was at the time of check in I did receive a call from The hotel to ask my arrival time. However, out of the 2 rooms I had reserved only 1 was ready. We’re were made to wait 40 min for the children’s room To be ready and it was only when I made a complaint about our waiting time and directed the receptionist that some form of compensation was not even offered were we offered a complimentary beverage and extended check out time. Staff walk round with very minimal greeting to guests (to us anyway) seemed like a very cold service. However on our last night we had the most wonderful and attentive service at dinner. We decided to stay and eat at the hotel and went to the main restaurant where apparently there was an event happening and if you were not from that party could not dine there, no help from the staff that were working in fact it seemed that had no idea and were not willing to help. After asking where the hotel could accommodate gluten free one staff member Sergen I think his name was was extremely helpful and could not do enough to make out dining experience enjoyable. Out of all the staff we encountered his was absolutely fantastic and I thank him very much.
