I was so grateful to be able to check in early. I was staying for a conference so I didn’t get to pick my hotel. Front desk was always very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only serviced after our first night. I understand not coming each day but maybe stagger it better during our stay? We had to ask the front desk on multiple occasions for toilet paper, tissues, and towels.

The room was nice and my stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only dissatisfaction is that the bathroom lights did not work on arrival and that it was not fully stocked. However, this was promptly resolved.

My only complaint was the dish I was serviced at the prime was bland and covered with grease, shimp and pasta dish, it was late so I just ate it. I won't eat their again.

Absolutely wonderful stay - a great hotel In a great city. Would definitely stay here again. The Pal restaurant was excellent for breakfast.
