Hotel had great location in the city, had conference area within, our room was large and comfortable.

Room was not what it was portrayed to be. Sink was broke, shower leaked. Hair was found in drain & on pillows that was not ours. Breakfast entirely too high. Windows/ tables dirty with fingerprints all over. Refrigerator did not keep drink cold. Valet scratched my car. I would have to say this was me of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had.

Great experience did not get a 10 as some rooms need to be updated bc there are a lot of water marks on ceiling but this is my fav hotel

Underwhelming quality with general amenities. Surprisingly bad quality coffee shop and morning pastries, unbelievably bad quality in room coffee maker. Very uncomfortable and crowded lobby and entrance. Run down and old rooms and furniture.
