I've stayed a couple of times at Swiss Hotel and I always had a perfect and pleasant stay, however my last experience wasn't that good as usually expected. Last friday 14 February around 4 or 6pm I was at the lounge and I realized that apparently the guy is a security man or bodyguard either from the hotel or a private agent and apparently he suspected about me, walked toward my seat and started looking around me and my friend, we were sat at the sofa near the reception, this guy was obviously intrigued about my presence, he started walking around the area, looking at me from a distance and it was so obvious to me that he somehow was suspecting about my presence, looking at me from different location at the lounge and he came towards me for a second time, I then decided to call the manager on duty, Miss Ilay Çakmak and I explained all the situation and my dissatisfaction to her, not sure if that guy had a gun or not, but the situation annoyed me so much, there were lots of people in the lobby and the only one he was concerned was apparently me, if that is a security measure, please approach me politely next time, no problem at all, I had my passport and all y documents, but please don't stay looking at me that way.... I really hope it doesn't happen again, I am a customer like everybody else.

Too long check in, long corridor at low temperature compare to the other area of the hotel, access to the swimming pool long and complicated and access to room service almost impossible (have to scan several data matrix to find the application witch not properly operate and no containment available.
