Firstly the lifts which service the upper floors of which there are three during the time we stayed were totally unreliable, all the time at least one was out of action and some times two were not available, we had to resort to the service lift to avoid long waiting periods The breakfast cooked foods were usually cold before you sat down to eat which is not good

Professional and clean. No complaints. Happy to stay again.
My company had prepaid my booking but reception staff insisted this was not the case. Had to put a $700 charge over my own personal credit card to get a room. Took two days to sort out. Couldn’t order room service at 8pm on a weeknight - very sorry, but not available for next hour -

Painful booking experience of Accor Plus stay, with hours on the phone attempting to get my account functioning as it should, that is showing the free night availability. Which I see has not been working for a couple of years, which explains why I've never seen availability. No apologies or acknowledgement of the hours spent resolving this. No promised follow up from the technology support either. Met family in the lobby bar at around 6pm for a drink, sat there for about 10 minutes and no one came to serve us, so we left. Was told I had breakfast included on my second night stay, but when I went wasn't. Just too many issues with the entire stay to make it enjoyable. Too expensive for medicore experience.
I normally love the Swiss. Great location, friendly staff, good service. However, this time the room was musty, damp smelly. (Could be due to humidity). Needed drying and a dehumidifier. Dinner trays were not collected. One stayed in hall for whole day. I will return as I do like the Swiss. Hoping it is up to its normally good standard.
