I arrived at check in around 1pm and was told that the cleaners were in the room and go to the lounge and they would call shortly - after an hour I checked and again they said the cleaner were in the room - after an hour and a half we got the room. We had planned to do something and would have been happy if they had said the room would be ready at 3pm and we could go away. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I bit into a metal nut in my cereal - not good. After checking out, I noticed I had left a Gazman jumper in the cupboard in room 2511 on leaving on 10 January - I rang a number of times and it rang out,but eventually I got thru and advised of the situation and they rang me back and said housekeeping had not found anything. I then thought perhaps no one had looked in the cupboard (often not used) and rang again - I waited some time for them to check and was again told it had not been reported and they could not look in the cupboard as the room was occupied. I asked in they could check and have heard nothing. I am from Perth and was staying at the airport Pullman on my last night and hoped it could be sent there before my departure.

I am sure i was not the only one but the mini bar is too noisy and it kept buzzing, I had to get up and turn the switch off to stop it and the switch locates at the back for the mini bar, I had to take the mini bar out and hold it to turn it off and put mini bar back at 3pm otherwise it just wouldn't stop buzzing. -quite annoying.
