Well located, poorly managed

Members are not welcome here. I am a platinum member but it is useless. No early check in or check out benefits and the reason is “subject to availability “. No welcome drink is offered and no room ungraded is available. The hotel seems to be overbooked and over priced. Elevators are always busy, and the buffet you have to fight to get a table if you are lucky. Total chaos.

Best view great service

The hotel was amazing, it was our first time staying at Swissotel Makkah. We were so glad we had the iftar and suhoor package as it made life so much easier. The food options were beyond superb. My kids enjoyed the mini desserts and always found something they enjoyed.The service is excellent. Everyone is so eager to help. The lifts were a problem at times as all didn't seem to be working but other than that we had a wonderful stay.
