I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swissôtel Büyük Efes in Izmir, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Izmir, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and easy access to the city's key attractions. It’s close to the waterfront and just a short walk from the bustling shopping streets and cultural sites. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The large windows provided a breathtaking view of the sea, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a Nespresso machine, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The hotel offers top-notch facilities. The outdoor pool area is beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxation. I also visited the Pürovel Spa & Sport, which was an oasis of calm—highly recommend the massages there. The fitness center was well-equipped, catering to all my workout needs. Given the quality of the service, amenities, and overall experience, I found the stay to be excellent value for money. The luxurious touches and attention to detail made it worth every penny. My stay at the Swissôtel Büyük Efes, Izmir, was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to the city.

We have had better experiences at Efes as we loved being upgraded to an executive room on our previous visits. The food service was great at the executive lounge. The selection at the breakfast buffet was remarkably poorer compared to our previous stays. Other than that Efes, as a property along with swissotel's hospitally standards is one of my most favourite city hotels that is more like a resort hotel for our family. Thanks

All factores good - security, comfort, rooms, quality - we felt very good during our time in the Hotel. But getting a coffee for breakfast is a challenge. First find some staff. They are all busy and its not obvious who takes the info and brings a coffee. Then you get the coffee but must ask for milk separately. Then you dont want to ask for additional coffee anymore. We finished our breakfest 2 times before coffee was close to our table. Everything else is fine :)

Very pleasant experience. Perfect room and facilities. As a feedback, the breakfast service could be better. Often there are no napkins, coffee/tea mugs and spoons at the tables. Seems like lack of attention to details.
