Facility is amazing and the staff is friendly. Check-in and out was great. Lounge was very good with a nice selection. The only issue I had was the television consistently went out and made it unable to watch. Also the amount of English channels was poor.

My partner called on phone while I was staying in the property. Ask the person to connect to my room. He's been responded it’s not possible due to Turkish laws. He said than can you please send a message to the room to call home. After 3 different person, the last lady that she talked hang up the phone.

We had a fine visit, and enjoyed all the amenities in the hotel, but the experience was soured considerably when we had some laundry done (t-shirts, underwear, socks for four people - nothing dry-cleaned or even folded), and the bill came back for almost $400!! This was shocking and infuriating; it felt like theft. We didn't spend that much money on ANY of the 5-star dinners we had in Istanbul, Izmir or Capadocia. I'm sure the prices were listed on the teeny tiny form in the room, but I found it too small and cramped to read and was not familiar enough with the currency rate to make the calculation before initiating the service. So that's my fault. But I never could have imagined that it would cost more to launder our clothes than it did to buy them. We could have bought 5-10 times as many articles as we had cleaned. Completely absurd and infuriating. I will never forget it, and will be sure to warn fellow travelers about it in the future.
