Nice hotel but restaurant a disappointment

I have stayed at a number of premium Foshan hotels and I actually liked your hotel and it was good value BUT I was ripped off at your Chinese restaurant on my final night. I made a special order for a small stir fried meal because the portions on previous evenings was too big for 1 person. The waitress said no problem, that they could do a special order. I got a HUGE chicken dish that was already on the menu plus some steamed rice. I was charged a lot more than I expected and the food was not what I asked for. It was a BIG disappointment. I will not recommend your hotel.

Nice room at a good location

It is my 3rd time staying with Swissôtel. This time the staff gave me the room with a very big washroom with a big window, which was quite nice. The staff was polite and welcoming as usual. Room was clean and spacious. Very easy to access to different malls and food options. Will stay here next time when I come to Foshan again.

Excellent !!

Thank you Rose and her team for making our stay a very comfortable one . Really appreciate the hard work you put in . Thank you chef Tony for the scrumptious breakfast . As vegetarian you always assured our needs are catered to. Thank you Leo at the concierge for ensuring my parcels arrive on time and follow up on deliveries and organizing my taxi everyday . Amazing stay

Great stay experience

It was my first time to stay at Swissotel. The lady on the reception desk during my check in and the lady helping my check out were really great, they spoke English very well. I’m so greatful to have a great conversation with them. I got upgraded room at the elite member floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The room dining meal was good too, hainam chicken rice and winton soup. I got the welcoming card and some fruits in the room, also welcoming drinks were good too. Highly recommended.
