the common spaces are nice, the gentleman that played the piano at reception lounge was magnificents, girls at lobby caffe were very polite.the housekkeper was the best. on the contrary, the bed matress were hard(and i had in mind that turkish matresses are the best).the cover was very thin and not enough in case of cold.the coffee capsules are charged extra.there is a big table in the middle of the room catching up all the space ,is used by someone travelling for business and that was not our case.the dispencer of shower gel in the shower was not working. The breakfast although had many choices in reality the most food was not tasteful, maybe lacking of quality.the omellete was really nice though. finally the worst of all was that a lady in red approached us just after we made the check out, we needed to stay some time at lobby until our tour began so we sat at the lobby sofa as one of us did not feeling very well .she came to ask the reason we are staying more and that she had to check with the reception if we are allowed.my advise is that the relations with customers does not end the same moment with check out.these small things count much

The room was not cleaned very well. I do not know your hotel's performance in this regard, but the floor may not have been cleaned at all.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Very good location. Clean rooms. Ms Cagla at reception was helpful. Lunch at Cafe Swiss was delicious. The only complaint I have that they charge in room nespresso capsules which were free in other swiss hotels. I just stayed swiss hotel bodrum. For Accor quality, I found it unnecessary

The hotel well situated in downtown Izmir. Yet, to me the service-oriented approach of the staff is even more important to me. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Swissotel Grand Efes.
