We had a lovely stay in a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that our room wasn’t serviced once in the 3 nights we were there. First night - turn down service ✔️, Second day, wanted to service our room while we were still there at 9.30am, asked if they could come back a bit later but they never did, came to do the evening turn down and realised they hadn’t done our room so did take out the rubbish and give us clean tea cups. 3rd day - nothing - no service of the room and no turn down service. Actually called reception twice - finally someone turned up at 4pm and just got them to provide some clean tea cups and take out the rubbish. They did no service of our bathroom for the three days we were there. We paid a lot of money to stay in the room that we chose and were quite disappointed with that part of our stay

After I received express check out email, I did it in order to save time in the morning. However, housing cleaning woke me up at around 7am, and then another one came and knocked at 8am! I think the client experience has gown down with the excessive use of digital (check in and out). I use to stay at Swisshotel every time I go to Singapore, but not sure I will do it again!

While I enjoyed the stay, I had great challenge in creating an account. The creation of the account seems to have been done fraudulently. When I went to stay in Hong Kong Novotel Century, I was suggested to create an account in your app. But when I did, to my horror, I found the mail ID ku… already registered in the name of Arpita Haran while the official mail ID belongs to me, Kunal K.. Wonder, how on earth could the account be registered in somebody's name who is not associated with the ID. This is my official mail ID and it belongs Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Bank (SGCIB). After I checked into the hotel on 8th July (checked out in 10th July) I wanted to register my account, I was stumped to see Arpita's name. I could not edit the name but managed to change my phone number online. When I spoke to the hotel reception they could not help me and told me to contact support. Problem is, I was travelling to Hong Kong, Singapore and Seoul and eventually returned to India on 17th July. Finally I managed to find time to write this mail. Hope you can do he needful and change the profile as it ought to be, assuming you intend to do anything at all. Also, as you know, I stayed at Swissotel Stamford between 10th and 13th July. Unsurprisingly my stays are not reflected in my account although the mail ID remains unchanged. My discussion with somebody at the reception there too did not turn out to be fruitful. Would expect a revert assuming you care.
