Lovely stay but room a little small for 4 including luggage. Breakfast was poor, we only ate once out of three and on that occasion had to sit in overflow which wasn’t very pleasant. Skai restaurant should have a children’s menu, we managed but much food waste and therefore high costs and limited options for children yet they are allowed. Otherwise a good stay.

Umbrella-free to City Hall station. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within the connected shopping mall premises.

Had a tough time booking a room under the Stay Plus benefit and only managed to secure one after a top-up — not what we expected. Late check-out, supposedly included with Silver membership, was reluctantly extended only till 1pm after we enquired. The room had a musky smell, and both Wi-Fi and Miracast didn’t work. The in-room phone was faulty, so we had to go down to reception just to report the issue. Staff said they’d check on it while we were out for dinner, but when we returned, there was no improvement — unclear if anyone actually came by. We eventually gave up, went downstairs to use the free Wi-Fi to download videos, and relied on our own data for everything else. That said, housekeeping was prompt in delivering a requested pillow and extra bathmat, which we appreciated — especially since the shower area was only partially enclosed, leaving the bathroom floor wet after each use. It also didn’t help that we weren’t informed parking wasn’t complimentary — having to pay for overnight parking was a frustrating surprise. For Singaporeans, it’s probably better to use your benefits overseas, where the value feels more worthwhile. The only real plus: the welcome drinks, which could be redeemed from an extensive menu at most of the restaurants.
