Valet Parking available 6am – midnight.Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, approximately 4 city blocks or 300 meters from the hotel. For directions, please click here. Service standards exemplary. From booking through Accor , follow up by staff before visit a. check in by Rosee fantastic. Rosee was professional a. let us know everything prior to room availability. First class ! Room was excellent a. Executive floor great. Still waiting on Accor points to be updated a. usually takes a few days.

Sydney hotel does not live up to Swissôtel Standard. Food quality is not great - rooms need some TLC- sofa was stained in places. Mattress was either old or poor quality. Towels were thin and previous guests glasses and other items were under the sofa. Staff were ok

The location ia perfect. However, they need to replace the pillows and beds. Quite old furniture and card switch slot has some design problem. We were stuck in the room pitch black for a good 20mins. Pillows can be folded = overused and to be replaced. Carpet super dirty. Was not provided toothbrush and toothpaste when checked in. After daily housekeeping, they did not replace the packets of toothpaste. Did not call as the room service is slow. Fruits ordered were bad, sour and not of good quality. Cost $25.
