Size of room and bed are large as compared to most of the hotels in Singapore

We stayed here for 3 nights as transit and also to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us a birthday cake to make it special. The hotel is located in walking distance to merlion. Part of the hotel there is also a shopping centre attached to it, a food court downstairs and the MRT which is convenient. The service from front desk is amazing, always smiling and willing to help. If we go back definitely staying here again

Eoom was great amenities were good. Powdered milk was available as opposed to small portions of long life or fresh milk for tea and coffee. As a suggestion you may want to change this.

Dear Swissotel Stamford Team, I wanted to take a moment to compliment some of your outstanding staff who made my recent stay exceptional. First, the housekeeping team on the 21st floor consistently does a wonderful job cleaning my room and keeping everything neatly organized. Their attention to detail and dedication truly enhance the comfort of my stay. My room as 2165. Second, I would like to specifically thank Naga, the bellman, for his kind and efficient assistance with my large packages. His willingness to help made a big difference, and I appreciate his friendly service. Please pass along my sincere thanks to these team members for their excellent work. Starting from the simple check-in process until we reached our room, our luggage was there all along. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious, and although the doorman was very helpful, the hotel's location is very close to the MRT metro station, just a short walk away.
