1- the sofa are too smelly with some previous unknown stains and some parts of the sofa is un-levelled might needs maintenance or no one cares. The hotel wants to sell and they don’t care about guests 2- Room attendants are not cleaning the rooms as previously seen. They just want to clean in less than 5 minutes for a two bedrooms flat and leave 3- the coffee capsules is chargeable now at AED 10 for each capsule (wow) I’m buying from Same company for home and office at AED .50 each and they want to charge me 10 dhs each. I was informed that this is the new regulation of the new Morrocan General Manager named Amal Al Ansari which they can’t do anything about it. Amazingly 4- I’m a Platinuim all Accor member and I was disturbed that I have to check out at 12:00 pm which irritated me and I was forced to seek advise from Dubai tourism department at then then then the hotel staff stopped calling

It was average experience staying here in Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair. 1. Door bells doesn't work so knock may not be heard when you are in room. 2. Room service is very slow. 3. I requested for extension of stay and price was confirmed by front desk but later while making the payment, amount was increased. 4. Despite of mentioning, everyday had to request for toiletries. 5. Milk was not provided along with Tea and coffee 6. Mobile app card key never worked and physical card everyday stopped working and had to go down to front desk

Lovely place to stay and very convenient and close to everything I need. Romeo the cleaner was nice and I’m very satisfied with his cleaning work in my room.

I have been staying at Swissôtel many times for the last ten years and hold the loyalty membership and I have been treated well in most times however sometimes we get mistreated despite holding the member ship such as not entering the Accor points for all tips or not getting the room we requested because I have a special needs son who require lower floors and easy access specially during emergencies.
